GRAFFITI featuring the words “Ratzinger Rules” and other slogans were sprayed on the Hyde Park War Memorial in central Sydney overnight, police say. Josef Ratzinger is the birth name of Pope Benedict XVI, who is visiting Sydney for World Youth Day.
